KIDS’ CLUB


In Orange Kids’ Club we will not only take care your child, but we’ll make an individual program for him\her. In kids’ fitness program all physiological peculiarities of growing organism are taken into consideration, so it is completely in the interest of children as it meets their physical needs. Professional pedagogues & instructors have worked out training programs for 3-14 year-old children based on their age specificities, which will contribute not only to their physical but also mental development.

Play Happy
This training is mixed with funny games.It is supposed for 3-5 year-old children directed towards training physical features. The duration of each class is 35 minutes.

Strong Nut
It is a training for 3-5 year-old children. It helps to strengthen the corset muscle & create a nice posture. The class also prevents the flat-foot. The overall length of the class is 35 minutes.

Balls
A training for 3-5 year-old children. It is aimed at training their physical capabilities. Classes pass with active & lively games by means of balls of different sizes. They are designed to develop coordination & motility. The duration of the class is 35 minutes.

Yoga
A class for 6-9 year-old children. It is the adapted system of hatha yoga, gymnastics for children. These are special trainings for children to develop their flexibility, coordination, balance & centering. The overall length of the class is 45 minutes.

Martial Art
It is a class for 6-9 year-old children. It is a 45 minute combined class with the elements of karate, boxing & kickboxing.

To be slender
It is a class for 6-9 year-old children. It helps to strengthen their corset muscle & improve right posture. The length of the class is 45 minutes.

Sculpting Body
It is a power workout for 6-9 year-old children, which helps to strengthen spine muscles & build up strength & resistance. The duration of the class is 45 minutes.

Sport games
It is a class for 6-9 year-old children. It is designed to train all physical capabilities, via using elements of sport games. The length of the class is 45 minutes.

Feet – ball
It is a training for 6-9 year-old children, which is held by means of active games & balls of different sizes. It is aimed at training physical capabilities, their motility & coordination. The length of the class is 45 minutes.

Choreography
It is a class of classical dance for 6-9 year-old children. The length of the class is 45 minutes.

Swimming
Swimming classes for 6-9 year-old children, where they are taught the techniques of swimming with the help of a special equipment. The length of the class is 45-55 minutes.

Dances
Dance classes for 6-9 year-old children, which include Hip-Hop, R&B etc, directed towards developing coordination & sense of rhythm. The length of the class is 55 minutes.

Aerobics
A class of classical aerobics for 6-9 year-old children. The overall length of each class is 45 minutes.

Step
A class for 6-9 year-old children, by means of a step platform. The length of the class is 45 minutes.
