It is impossible to imagine any modern fitness club without group classes: classical aerobics, dance classes, step, kick-boxing, feet-ball, pilates, stretch, yoga etc.

The diversity of group classes will give you chance to choose classes at your will & possibility. They are divided into 3 groups according to their difficulty level.

1 -  Basic classes (meant for beginners with low fitness level, where the trainer is concentrated on the techniques of movements & improving mobility)

2 -  Intermediate classes (these are designed for people with medium fitness level)

3 -  Advanced classes ( for people with high fitness level)

You can participate in all classes according to a special worked out schedule.
