At our indoor swimming pool you can participate in group classes of aqua aerobics, which are divided into 3 groups according to physical training: a) basic b) intermediate c) advanced
AQUA Basic
This class can be considered as the introduction of aqua-aerobics, as basic elements of it are taught. The overall length of the class is 45 minutes.
AQUA Noodles
It is a special class in a water environment with noodles. Water exercises help to strengthen muscular groups & to reduce fat. The duration of the class is 55 minutes. Recommended after AQUA Basic program.
AQUA Dumbbells
It is a power workout, as dumbbells are used during it. This kind of training aims at fixing up of shoulder girdle muscles. The length of each class is 55 minutes. It is also recommended after having done AQUA Basic course.
AQUA RUNNER
Water jogging aerobics. It is a kind of workout when muscles are forced to work hard & more fat is burnt. The exercises are beneficial in many aspects, as reducing stress on weight-bearing joints & bones, increasing cardiovascular system, building up endurance etc.
The overall length of the class is 45 minutes.
AQUA ABS
45 minute class during which hydro exercises are done without giving extra stress on body & joins. It strengthens & stretches stomach muscles. Everybody can join Aqua abs, regardless their fitness level. It is also recommended after AQUA Basic classes.
AQUA Mix
This is a power class in water. Different, special equipments are used during the class as it is designed to strengthen all muscle groups & to melt away fat. The duration of each class is 50-55 minutes.
