If you do Pilates regularly you will get rid of spine pains & sleeplessness & have an equally trained body. It is suitable for all levels of physical training. The duration of the class is 55minutes.

Stretch
It is a system of exercises which aims at building up a nice, flexible & stretched posture. It is recommended for any level of physical training. The duration of the class is 45minutes.

Yoga
The aim of the class is to bring about harmony between the body & mind. Based on the ancient experience of yoga masters we will help you to attain flexibility, alignment of the spine & а nice posture.
